Experience a Unique Inclusive Environment

At Purdue University, we believe in accessible education for all. As an institution that values diversity, we provide opportunities for high-potential minority talents to transform into high-impact leaders. The inclusion of different backgrounds in the education process is one of the cornerstones of the Krannert experience.

That's why we established the Dr. Cornell A. Bell Business Opportunity Program (BOP) in 1968, the first program to increase diversity and give all students access to a world-class management education at a major business school.

Krannert's Jane Brock-Wilson Women in Management Center was also developed to help students succeed in a diverse and changing workforce, support the leadership development of women throughout their careers, and influence thought and behavior in global business settings.

As a university, Purdue will continue creating a diverse campus environment where the differences among students are both seamless and leveraged at the same time. As a student, you will feed off this encouragement to exceed your own expectations alongside the support of the Krannert family.

"There are plenty of opportunities to grow as an individual and professional. I've traveled to national business conferences, won national case competitions, networked with fortune 100 C-Suite executives, started an LGBTQA club and was elected as the Krannert Graduate Student Association president. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!"
