The Center for Business Communication at the Mitch Daniels School of Business collaborates with companies, organizations, and clubs to provide impactful case competitions and workshops for students.
A case competition is an academic competition in which students come together to solve a case, or issue, that is presented. Students use teamwork, critical thinking, and organizational skills to deduce a recommendation that they support in a presentation in front of judges or company sponsors.
“The University of Texas National Women’s Case Competition was a great experience going out of my comfort zone and challenging myself with different supply chain concepts. I learned a lot about communication and presentation skills and excited to apply them here at Purdue!”
