Catherine Moser

Catherine Moser graduated from the Kelley School of Business with a focus in marketing, legal studies, and non-profit management.  After taking a marketing operations role for a CPG company and volunteering in Guyana, South America as a teacher, she spent a decade in higher ed in graduate business admissions and career services at the Ohio State University, the University of Chicago, and DePaul University.  Having held most roles within career services and gaining a masters in college student development counseling, she then spent a decade in the corporate space.  This consisted of a strategic consulting role for BMO around early talent, talent acquisition, and DEI programs, leading a global early talent program for Heidrick and Struggles, and most recently founding the talent development function at a mid-sized tech firm.

Catherine lives in Zionsville with her husband (Ben) and kids (Alena and Mikey).  She loves traveling, coaching youth sports, and following Alena around for travel softball and Mikey for robotics club.
