The Daniels School of Business has always had a reputation for producing hardworking, analytical and well-prepared students with strong leadership qualities who stand ready to make a real difference in the workplace. The Board has formalized several committees to serve this mission.

The Student Engagement committee focuses on all programs and events related to prospective and current student development. Once such event is the Doster Leadership Conference (DLC), held every year for our top 100+ Emerging Leaders in the Daniels School. Board members also seek to provide mentorship to student organizations; serve as judges for case competitions; participate in mock interviews and more.
The Strategic Events committee focuses on key events that connect Daniels School alumni to each other around the globe and keeps them informed on current initiatives at the school. Examples include:
This committee helps develop a strategy and process that connects alumni industry experts and Daniels School faculty with the mission to enhance the classroom experience and provide experiential learning opportunities to students.
