Since 2017, members of the Purdue business school alumni family have gathered each fall to salute the school’s history and celebrate its future. What started modestly with Toasts in 11 locations now includes dozens of gatherings in different cities across the globe. Since its inception, the event has grown to span multiple time zones with hosts from Los Angeles to Orlando in the U.S. and to Bogota, Seoul, and other locations worldwide.
In 2025, 420 alumni attended an event in one of 16 U.S. locations and 11 international locations, both records. There were also several new host locations, including Denver, Greenwood and Milwaukee.
This year, in an effort to increase Toasts in the U.S., hosts chose a date between October 5 to 19 that was most convenient for their city’s alumni and provided an opportunity for student participation.
The Toast remains a way for alumni to gather in their cities to celebrate being a part of the Daniels School family and to meet fellow alumni. Stay tuned for more information on the 2026 Business Toast.
