Phu Khang Bui

I am a second-year Ph.D. student in Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management at Purdue University's Mitch Daniels School of Business. My research examines leadership, employee well-being, and work–nonwork dynamics, with a particular interest in how leadership shapes employees' health. I am also interested in applying a wide range of methodological approaches to advance organizational research.
