Purdue University continues to lead important conversations about the rapid rise of artificial intelligence (AI) and the technology’s place in education, business and government. Purdue and Google will sponsor a summit on AI in Indianapolis on November 14, and early bird registration ends October 1.
Mitch Daniels School of Business Dr. Samuel R. Allen Dean Jim Bullard will moderate a panel, “AI and Business,” featuring CIO of Eli Lilly Diogo Rau; CTO of True Elements David Bankston; and CTO of Corteva Sam Eathington.
Panelists will explore the multi-faceted impact of AI on businesses, employment and higher education. The experts will dissect how companies are harnessing AI for value creation, discuss its effect on employment pipelines, and propose strategies for higher ed to adapt to the evolving workforce landscape.
Purdue President Mung Chiang will kick off the day-long summit, which also features VIP speakers Malcolm “MK” Palmore, director of the Office of the CISO at Google Cloud, and Scott Dorsey, managing partner of High Alpha.
