Mary Pat Meade retired from Delphi after 38+ years in the Automotive Component Industry. At the time of her retirement, she was the North American Quality Manager for the Connection Systems Business Unit of Delphi Packard Electrical/Electronic Architecture Division. During her career, Mary Pat held positions in Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Strategic Planning, and Quality.

She graduated from Purdue University with a B.S. in Mathematics and a Master of Science in Management from the Krannert School.

Mary Pat is now a Director at Alpha Performance Group, a consulting group of experienced business professionals focusing on Revenue Growth, Product Development, Supply Chain Improvement, and Continuous Improvement for their clients.

Mary Pat has addressed numerous student groups at Purdue’s Krannert School as well as undergraduate and graduate classes on topics such as Women in Business, Team Building, and Networking. She has participated as a Team Leader at multiple Doster Leadership Conferences. In 2011, she received the Krannert School Distinguished Service Award.
