Gary Fox is the managing partner of the Crowe LLP tax services group and the office managing partner in South Bend, Ind. His responsibilities include overseeing the service delivery of innovative tax compliance and consulting solutions to our federal, international, state and local, and private clients.

Gary has more than 30 years’ experience and specializes in assisting financial services and real estate organizations with:

• Captive insurance taxation
• Merger and acquisitions tax optimization
• Tax credit syndications
• Partnerships and limited liability company taxation
• Estate planning tax strategies
• The use of special purpose subsidiaries
• Tax accounting for public companies
• Investments in affordable housing loan program tax credits
