The Daniels School's new "By the Numbers" report shows progress toward a reimagination of Purdue's business school. Guided by an integration of STEM and business, academic prowess, transformational student experience, freedom and capitalism, and powerful business partnerships, the school is celebrating exciting milestones, including the naming of its new, student-centered building, the Roland G. Parrish Hall of Business, set to open in fall 2027.
In fall 2026, Daniels welcomed 1,206 beginning undergraduates, the largest incoming class in school history. The business school is committed to preparing this next generation of business leaders, readying them to combine technology, data and business acumen while being agile and curious enough for the changes of the future.
Another measure of progress is the school's career outcomes for its undergraduate students: 96% report employment or graduate school acceptance within six months of graduation (up from 93%). A key part of the Daniels School's mission is to provide transformational student experiences, challenging students to take on real industry problems and to learn to evaluate business decisions based on their impact on society. This is translating into meaningful career launches.
Affirming support for the school's vision, friends of the school are investing in its future. They gave more than $72 million to the school in FY 2025-26, up from $37 million gifted in the previous fiscal year, which allows the school to expand its impact.
The report provides a snapshot of the Daniels School's purpose and impact. Guided by its five strategic pillars, the Mitch Daniels School of Business is charting a path for the future of business education.
