CV

I'm a Ph.D. Candidate in Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management at Purdue University in the Mitch Daniels School of Business, and am expected to graduate in 2027. Before Purdue, I completed my B.B.A. in Management (Specialist, with Distinction) with a Minor in Psychology at the University of Toronto.

My research explores interpersonal communication and relationships, gender and women's health, and identity and disclosure in the workplace — with a particular focus on how employees navigate stigmatized conversations, like menstruation and infertility, at work.

My dissertation, "From Disclosure to Diffusion: Introducing Disclosure Seeding in the Workplace" (chaired by Dr. Allison S. Gabriel, with committee members Dr. Jordan Nielsen, Dr. Lindsay Rosokha, and Dr. Dave Arena, Jr.), introduces the concept of "disclosure seeding" — the intentional sharing of personal information with a limited number of organizational members with the expectation that it will spread more broadly through interpersonal networks.

My work has been published in Personnel Psychology and Journal of Management Inquiry, with additional papers under review at Journal of Applied Psychology and Journal of Organizational Behavior. I'm honored to have received the 2024 SIOP Hebl Grant for Reducing Gender Inequities in the Workplace, the 2024 Daniels School of Business Research Fund Award, and the 2023 KDSA Symposium Best Paper Presentation Award.

I'm currently on the academic job market and always happy to connect — feel free to reach out!
