Boilermakers can take their next giant leap by enhancing their skills with a Purdue master’s degree. Full-time Purdue West Lafayette employees admitted to a Daniels School of Business online master’s degree or graduate-level certificate program will receive an automatic 10% discount at minimum. Plus, the business school will match up to an additional 10% if the employee’s department is providing funding.
“Like our colleagues across campus, we value lifelong learning,” says Dilip Chhajed, the Daniels School's Associate Dean for Master’s and Online Programs. “That’s why we provide flexible programs for working professionals that are rigorous but adaptable to their needs and career goals.”
The tuition discount intends to encourage professionals to continue their education, gaining valuable skills at an affordable rate, Chhajed says.
The business school offers online master’s programs in Business Analytics, Economics, Global Supply Chain Management, and Human Resource Management. Each program is 30 credit hours, fully online, and consists of instructor-led, asynchronous learning.
The school also offers 10 online graduate certificates and an online MBA program that most students complete in 2-3 years.
“Embarking on the Online Business Analytics Graduate Certificate journey at the Daniels School of Business was truly transformative,” says Eun Hye (Sophie) Lee, a marketing analyst at the Daniels School. “Despite my busy schedule, the program's flexibility allowed me to learn essential skill sets and engage in master's level coursework without the added pressure of completing full master's degree credit requirements. After completing the program, I successfully secured a promotion within my organization and pivoted my career into marketing analysis,” Lee says.
Take advantage of these discounts as soon as this fall. The application deadline for a Spring 2025 start is December 1.
