Zachary (Zach) Knepper is a PhD Candidate in Economics in the Mitch Daniels School of Business at Purdue University. His research interests include the economics of crime, labor economics, and economics education. His recent work has focused on the impacts of the US opioid crisis on labor markets. Currently, he is pursuing various projects in the domains of sports gambling, intercollegiate athletics, and economics education.
Zach graduated from Bradley University in the spring of 2022 with bachelor's degrees in both economics and mathematics, and began his PhD at Purdue in the fall of that same year.
