Jingran (Mia) Zhou
Jingran (Mia) Zhou is a PhD Candidate in Organizational Behavior and Human Resource at Purdue University. Her research examines employees' lives outside of work, with a particular focus on how positive solitude shapes workplace experiences and behaviors. She also studies sustainable ways of working, including how employees approach their work and navigate workplace relationships to sustain both productivity and well-being.
Mia received her B.M. in Human Resource Management from Jilin University and her M.S. in Business Administration from Shanghai Jiao Tong University. Before pursuing her Ph.D., she worked as a research assistant at China Europe International Business School (CEIBS) for two years.
