Terra is a Senior Lecturer of Accounting at Purdue University's Daniels School of Business. Before joining Purdue, Terra spent 16 years as an Associate Professor of Accounting at St. Joseph's College. Before her academic career, Terra worked as an internal auditor at Humana Inc. and in assurance services at PwC.
She is currently the lead instructor for Introductory Financial Accounting (ACCT 200) and also teaches an MSA course, helping students prepare for the CPA exam. Her work in ACCT 200 has earned her several teaching awards, including Daniels School of Business Outstanding Undergraduate Teacher (Large Lecture) and the Dr. Charlene Sullivan Undergraduate Transformation Award for Faculty (2024-25).
