Amy Ross is the Program Manager for Purdue’s NSF I-Corps programs, where she leads program operations and oversees all transaction and administrative support activities. She also serves as the Program Coordinator for the Corporate Consulting program in the Mitch Daniels School of Business. In addition, Amy supports Purdue’s NSF I-Corps teams as a Teaching Assistant and provides front-line IT assistance across all program offerings. She brings 18 years of dedicated service to Purdue University, contributing expertise across academic, administrative, and program-support roles.
Amy holds a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Purdue University Global (2025), where she strengthened her commitment to mental health, employee wellness, and neurodivergent support in the workplace. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Business–IT Management from Western Governors University (2015) and two Associate of Applied Science degrees—in Computer Information Systems (2005) and Office Administration (2015)—from Ivy Tech Community College. She is a member of the National Society for Leadership and Success (NSLS) and Psi Chi, the International Honor Society in Psychology.
