Before joining Purdue, Michelle spent four years in executive recruiting, helping high-growth organizations enhance their talent acquisition strategies. As Executive Director of Talent Strategy at Hunt Club and Principal at Acorn Consulting, Michelle specialized in leveraging relationships and referrals to identify exceptional candidates for key roles in sales, marketing, operations, and go-to-market leadership across diverse sectors, including FinTech, InsurTech, Software Development, and E-commerce.

Prior to her recruiting career, Michelle enjoyed a successful 20+ year tenure as a Senior Sales Leader with prestigious media brands, managing and motivating high-performing sales teams while driving substantial global revenue growth.
