Banghui Liu

My research focuses on innovation, entrepreneurship, and social network, examining how firms leverage internal and external networks to access and convert information into superior innovation and performance outcomes. I also investigate how network structures shape organizational learning and strategic adaptation in dynamic environments. Methodologically, I use quantitative empirical methods and computational models in my research.
