Helge Klapper is an assistant professor of Strategic Management. His research interests include organizational decision making and novel forms of organizing. More specifically, his work examines how technology, such as blockchain or artificial intelligence, helps or hinders effective organizational decision making. Helge is also interested how hierarchies or lack of hierarchies affect organizational decisions.
