Sally Hedrick-Miller is a 3rd year Ph.D. candidate in Organizational Behavior and Human Resources at Purdue University. Her research uses quantitative methods to examine prosocial impact, meaningful work, and work orientation, with a particular focus on how employees navigate these experiences both within organizations and during the job search. She is especially interested in how these experiences shape employee well-being.
She holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the Georgia Institute of Technology and an M.S. in Human Resources and Employment Relations from the Pennsylvania State University. Before pursuing her Ph.D., Sally worked in corporate human resources at Fortune 500 organizations in roles across talent acquisition, mergers and acquisitions, and executive leadership development.
