Education
M.S. Human Resources, Pennsylvania State University
B.S. Business Administration, Georgia Institute of Technology
I am a second-year PhD student in Organizational Behavior at Purdue University. My primary research stream uses quantitative methods to explore meaningfulness and prosociality in organizations, particularly how individuals make an impact when facing adversity or navigating complex organizational environments. Additionally, I’m interested in how employees and organizations can shape work and life experiences to promote well-being.
I hold a B.S. in Business from Georgia Tech and an M.S. in Human Resources from Penn State. Prior to entering academia, I worked in HR roles across several Fortune 500 companies, focusing on data analytics and leadership development. In my free time, you'll find me running and biking around West Lafayette training for my next race.
