My current research interests focus on technology adaptation, resources and capabilities. I aim to understand which strategic choices allow firms to leverage their existing resources and capabilities to build competitive advantage. In particular, I am interested in identifying the firm level factors that enhance their ability to appropriate value from these resources, especially in environments shaped by technological change. I am also interested in studying how firms recognize and act on opportunities from a behavioral perspective. Which firms evaluate their existing advantages to seize the right opportunities.
