Jinfeng (Phoenix) Chen

I am a Ph.D. Candidate in Organizational Behavior and Human Resources at Purdue University. My research examines how work and nonwork interpersonal relationships shape employees’ social and emotional resources and influence their well-being. My work strives to inspire employees to manage their roles both inside and outside of work in ways that promote sustained performance.
