Jinfeng (Phoenix) Chen

Jinfeng Phoenix Chen is a Ph.D. Candidate in Organizational Behavior and Human Resources at Purdue University. Her research examines how work and nonwork interpersonal relationships shape employees’ social and emotional resources and influence their well-being. Her research has been published in Personnel Psychology and Journal of Organizational Behavior. Her work strives to inspire employees to manage their roles both inside and outside of work in ways that promote sustained performance.
