Dr. Benjamin Dunford is a Professor of Management at the Daniels School of Business, Purdue University. As an educator, researcher and consultant, Professor Dunford is an expert on change management, leadership, negotiation, interpersonal relationships, and team dynamics. On these topics he has published more than 50 peer reviewed journal articles, international conference proceedings and book chapters. He teaches extensively in MBA and corporate programs in the U.S. and abroad, and has been voted the top professor multiple programs. His research has been cited in The Economist, as well as numerous major newspapers. Professor Dunford has consulted with firms from a variety of industries including healthcare, agriculture, media, hospitality, manufacturing, and telecommunications. He earned his PhD from Cornell University in 2004.
