This 44-credit hour program builds a better understanding of the broad spectrum of business disciplines such as finance, marketing, operations, human resources and strategy. You'll be able to formulate business strategies based on the key disciplines of business, evaluate ethical implications in decision-making, identify market opportunities, develop ideas for market and hone your professional skills in communication, leadership, change management and negotiations.

Students may take 20 credits in elective courses from a range of available courses. As such, students have the freedom to tailor their experience to a specific area of interest. Creating an area of focus, customizing the program through electives, would deepen a student’s knowledge in a given field. However, a student may decide not to pursue a specific focus area but rather blend elective courses.
