The Mitch Daniels School of Business invites employers to engage with students on two recruiting platforms.
Post your jobs, internships, information sessions, webinars, and other recruitment activities on Handshake when your opportunities are solely for business school students.
To reach the broader Purdue University student body, employers should also post jobs, internships, and opportunities in myCCO powered by Symplicity.
Our students have access to both platforms.
Getting Started with Handshake
Employer Quick Start Guide (Video)
To create consistency across organizations that recruit at the Daniels School and to ensure your support of our academic mission, the career services office requests your agreement to abide by the spirit of the following guidelines. Please communicate these guidelines to all professionals involved in recruiting within your organization.
To recruit for employment, employers must abide by the National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE) Principles for Professional Practice and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) guidelines for Prohibited Employment Policies and Practices Overview.
We recommend employers be familiar with NACE and EEOC standards prior to posting positions in Handshake or participating in university recruiting events.
