The Confident Transitions Pathway is a one-of-a-kind program offered by the Brock Wilson Center for undergraduate women. Through the generous support of a donor, this pathway provides senior women a cohort based, 12-month program. Students meet once a month to gain key skills as they transition from full-time college student to full-time employee. They learn key skills like peer coaching and how to fully utilize their MyStrengths. In addition, they receive 12 leadership books and discuss one per month while also having guest speakers on important topics like budgeting, life planning, negotiations, benefits, and much more.
