Gordon Food Service - About the Project

  • Problem: Gordon Food Service needed advanced, clearly structured technical training to strengthen forecasting and analytics capabilities within its demand planning team.
  • Solution: A team of three Purdue students worked with GFS demand planners to develop four detailed data science learning modules, including machine learning and analytical forecasting content tailored to GFS operations.
