Prior to Griffith, Matt was the CFO of Nature's Variety, a private equity-backed company in premium pet food. Matt was also the Vice President and Treasurer of Kraft Foods and the CFO for Dover Energy, a $2Bn global portfolio of seven operating companies within Dover Corporation. In addition, Matt spent 22 years at Procter and Gamble in Corporate Finance leadership roles. Roles included the Division CFO of the Global Pet Care business and Assistant Treasurer where he led global capital markets, foreign exchange, commodities, investments and risk management for the company. Earlier finance roles at P&G were across the Fabric Care, Household Care and Health Care industries in the U.S. and Europe. Matt holds Masters and Bachelor’s degrees in Management from Purdue University.
