Professor Tano Santos is the Robert Heilbrunn Professor of Asset Management and Finance and the Academic Director of the Heilbrunn Center for Graham & Dodd Investing at Columbia Business School. Dr. Santos will be presenting his research at the Daniels Schoool of Business.

K. R. Bishop Seminar Series features Clifton Green
Dr. Clifton Green from Goizueta Business School will be presenting his research on interests to include investments and market microstructure, with an emphasis on behavioral finance. Clifton's research has been featured in the Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, Financial Times, and on CNBC television. At Goizueta, Clifton serves teaches the core Corporate Finance class in the BBA program and Behavioral Finance in the PhD program. He has also taught Security Analysis and Portfolio Management in the MBA program.

Maryam Farboodi is an Associate Professor of Finance at the MIT Sloan School of Management will be presenting her research. She is an applied theorist whose research focuses on the economics of big data with applications to finance and macroeconomics. She has developed methodologies to estimate the value of data.

Dr. Elena Simintzi’s from UNC Kenan-Flagler will be presenting her labor and finance, innovation and entrepreneurship resurch. Dr. Simintzi’s work has been published in academic journals in finance and economics, including the Review of Financial Studies, Journal of Finance, Journal of Financial Economics and American Economic Review.
