Program Details

Location: Rome, Italy

Eligibility: The program is open to undergraduate students with a minimum 2.5 GPA

Course Credits: Students will earn 1 credit (IBE 29130 or DSB 390)

Estimated Cost: $ 3500-3700 (airfare and personal spending not included)

Housing: Students will be housed in double occupancy hotel rooms in London. Supermarkets, banks, post offices and a general shopping area will be within walking distance or easily accessible by public transport.

Course Description

Executive Presence in Rome - IBE 29130

This Rome-based version of IBE 29130 Seminar III: Executive Presence prepares Integrated Business and Engineering students (IBE) to develop executive presence, professional communication, and the cultural competencies needed to work effectively in domestic and global organizations. Through experiential and hands-on learning, students will study and practice verbal and nonverbal communication. To work towards defining their own personal professional brand, they will practice skills essential to building an influential presence that projects confidence, credibility and professionalism.
