Data-driven decision making is transforming businesses worldwide, especially in the age of AI, but its true power emerges only when combined with human intelligence and cultural understanding. This program aims to equip students with the technical skills of business data mining—such as predictive modeling and insight discovery—while immersing them in the cultural and business landscape of Central and Eastern Europe. Through hands-on analytics projects, company visits, and cultural exploration, students develop both the technical expertise and cross-cultural perspective essential for thriving in today’s global marketplace.
The MGMT 390 cultural competency course is taught by a local professor and will allow students to be fully immersed in a business course with a specific focus on the host city.
Both courses are supplemented with cultural activities, excursions, and company visits.
