Change isn’t easy, and it doesn’t always come from the top down. Common "people problems" like low trust, dysfunctional culture, and poor accountability are the root causes that inhibit change and restrict organizational performance - and every leader needs to know how to address issues.
The Daniels School’s Transformative Organizational Change program is designed to build lasting change across organizational levels. Regardless of your position in your organization, you are a change agent.
Gain the tools you need to exercise power effectively, respond constructively to criticism, influence others to choose to change and to implement effective problem-solving to sustain needed change.
Don’t miss your chance to join us in the heart of Indianapolis. At the Daniels School, we offer executives the opportunity to grow alongside a wide variety of influential industries in Indianapolis, a powerful environment for developing core business skills.
