What are the prerequisites for this program?
Change Management is open to anyone interested in professional development. It is ideal for working managers and is taught in an executive style format with emphasis on knowledge application and experiential learning. There is no minimum number of years a Change Management participant must have worked, and an undergraduate degree is not required.
How do I know I’ll benefit from this program?
Change Management allows you to network and share ideas with individuals from a variety of professions. You will be introduced to many tools and techniques that you can apply immediately when you return to work. This two-day program packs a lot of skills and knowledge into a short time period. This course is taught by Dr. Ben Dunford, who is a recognized professor at the Masters and Executive levels and consultant with firms from a variety of industries.
Can I take this program online?
Change Management is hosted on Purdue's West Lafayette campus. We believe there are great benefits to gathering with fellow professionals and learning together in a classroom setting.
