Purdue University HR Case Competition & Working Well Conference

For the next generation of HR leaders

Arrival Date: November 11, 2026
Competition Date: November 12, 2026
Conference Date: November 12, 2026

At the Mitch Daniels School of Business, we know that well-trained and dedicated human resource professionals can maximize the effectiveness of an organization’s human capital in order to gain a sustainable advantage in an increasingly competitive world. With that idea in mind, we are pleased to announce the 2026 Purdue HR Case Competition & Working Well Conference.

This will be an opportunity for students to compete while sharing creative solutions with business leaders from the companies that do HR best. Additionally, the competition will feature both a graduate and undergraduate division (each team should contain 4 to 5 presenters), with cash prizes rewarded to 1st- and 2nd-place teams in each division, as well as the best speaker and the best Q&A responder for each division.

As always, thank you to our corporate sponsors for your continuous support of Purdue’s Mitch Daniels School of Business.
