Employers are able to reserve a conference room or the 3rd floor atrium space (RAWLS 3011) to meet with students. If your organization would like to host a coffee hour or office hours to engage with students in small groups or one-on-one, you may submit a request via Handshake by following the steps below. There is no charge to reserve, but employers are responsible for any food or refreshment costs. Please request at least 2 weeks in advance so we have time to secure space.
