The Doster Leadership Conference (DLC) is designed to refine the leadership skills and professionalism of Purdue University student leaders by engraining a lifelong drive to achieve unsurpassed leadership, academic, teamwork and moral excellence.
Our goal is for DLC to become a four-year transformation for students in which they attend as freshmen and sophomores and are able to lead as juniors and seniors. DLC is 100% student organized and 100% funded through generous corporate and individual donations.
Throughout an incredible weekend you will listen to exemplary speakers, participate in activities that foster growth within the main pillar of leadership, gain critical insights, and profit from the close interaction with active recruiters from Johnson & Johnson, Procter & Gamble, Eli Lilly and more organizations.
We will select the best of the best to attend the conference. Applicants must meet the following criteria:
