Organizations and community partners can contract with the Center for Working Well to select a custom program of topics pertaining to a variety of “working well” issues, including but not limited to: communicating well at work, intuitive working and motivation, emotions, leadership, recovery, and employee well-being. Those interested in learning more about Working Well Journeys may request the most up-to-date version of the Center for Working Well Look Book below, complete with presentation topics and Center for Working Well speakers. Typical Working Well Journeys span 3 to 5 custom-selected topics, and last anywhere from 3 months to 2 years depending on the spacing selected by the organization. Virtual and in-person options are available.
Faculty Affiliates of the Center for Working Well are also available for one-time keynote engagements. Talks last anywhere from 30 to 60 minutes and can be centered on one particular working well topic (see our Areas of Expertise), or can combine 2 to 3 working well topics into a single engagement. Virtual and in-person options are available.

Working Well, Together.
Our program team invited Kate Zipay, Ph.D. and Kelly Wilson, Ph.D. to present at two of our “all hands” meetings. Both came early to be a part of the program discussions, and then presented on Intuitive Working and Coping with Stressors. Both talks were engaging and informative and generated a lot of questions and follow-on discussions. They each were able to weave specific examples from our team briefings into their discussions, making them even more relevant to our team members. We have encouraged other programs to engage with the CWW and there are more sessions scheduled. We intend to add the “Recovery” session to our plans, and to utilize some of the materials in an upcoming leadership event.
