Jarrett Jones leverages strong engineering and business proficiencies to drive business performance, growth, and operational excellence. As a graduate of Purdue’s Industrial Management/Engineering program, Jones began his professional career as an engineer, working for Ford, Performance Friction Corporation, and Honeywell in production and quality engineering. After garnering hands-on engineering experience, Jones joined Rolls-Royce in 2005, earning positions along the way as VP of Process Excellence, Program Director for AE 2100 Military Engines, VP of Defense Production, VP of Strategic Purchasing, VP and Program Director for JSF LiftSystem, and finally Executive VP of Customer Business, Government Relations, and Sales. Jones currently serves as the Senior VP for Blue Origin’s New Glenn Heavy-Lift Orbital Launch Vehicle, where he is responsible for managing the project’s development of a reusable vehicle built for 25 space-related missions.

Jones graduated with a B.S. from Purdue in Industrial Management and Engineering. As an undergraduate student, he was a member of Kappa Alpha Psi, a historically African American Fraternity. Furthering his pursuit of higher education, Jones participated in the Executive Education Program at The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, a program that trains a consortium of high-potential executives for career advancement and leadership. Jones also received his Master’s in Business Administration from Purdue in 2004.
