The rigorous curriculum of the MSHRM program requires an intense devotion and will to learn. To experience unhindered ambition and energy – from your peers, instructors, and within yourself – enroll at Krannert today. You will have numerous opportunities to enhance your leadership acumen in a refreshed master’s program in Human Resource Management (MSHRM).
Starting with our Fall 2022 cohort, the program’s cost and format have been revamped to make the MSHRM program even more of a solid return on your investment.
Requirements for the MSHRM degree can now be met in either two semesters (9 months) or three semesters (16 months). Those in the earlier stages of their careers should expect to complete the program in three semesters, which allows time for a summer internship and participation in a human capital consulting project, however students are encouraged to meet with the MSHRM academic director to discuss their best fit option.
To provide even more flexibility and accessibility, in-residence MSHRM students have the limited* opportunity to build their schedule to include online courses. *Depending on availability.
Regardless of program duration, students earning a Master of Science degree in Human Resource Management (MSHRM), must complete at least 36 hours of coursework in the following areas:
