Alumna helps students gain experience at Ford
What makes BOP special is our 52 year-old alumni base full of not just highly successful business and community leaders, but individuals that have a genuine care and concern for the academic and professional success of students in the program. One such alumna is Rochelle Dorn-Hayes. Rochelle graduated from Prairie View A&M University before receiving her JD from the Tulane University Law School. Afterwards, Rochelle received her MBA from the Krannert School of Management. Since leaving Krannert, Rochelle has had a noteworthy career in finance at Ford Motor Company. Over the last decade, she always remembered to share her time, talent, and treasure with students in BOP. Historically, Rochelle would provide financial resources for BOP students to study abroad. This semester, she took lots of time to conduct mock interviews for students in MGMT 243 and upperclassmen in BOP. Following the mock interviews, two students received internship interviews with Ford and received employment opportunities for the upcoming summer!
