WHAT MAKES BOP SO SPECIAL?

BOP allows minority students to start college the summer before the start of their freshman year which is a great way to get a head start towards your career. It is an outstanding program where you create many relationships with peers that are in the same career path as you. Overall, it feels more like a family that is always supporting you and guiding you in the right direction.

HOW WERE YOU ABLE TO GAIN INSTANT SUCCESS FROM BOP?

I was able to gain success academically by working with my fellow peers who are in several of the same classes as me to understand different concepts and better grasp the material. Professionally, I have grown by working with older BOP classmates by them giving me tips on resumes, interviews, and elevator pitches which led me to my internship after my freshman year. I have grown socially by becoming more comfortable speaking to recruiters, attending career fairs and workshops.
