Ariel is a skilled Fortune 500 Human Resources Professional with years of experience serving in many organizational capacities. She currently serves as the Head of Talent & Learning for Mastercard, where she is responsible for end-to-end talent strategy, providing direction and management for talent strategy and acquisition, and bolstering organizational effectiveness. As a trusted leader and developer, Ariel has a strong background in various industries, including stints with Procter & Gamble, Lockheed Martin and PepsiCo.
Ariel received her Bachelor of Science from the Purdue University Daniels School of Business. After gaining professional experience in logistics, she returned to the Daniels School, earning a Master’s in Human Resource Management. Additionally, Ariel serves her community as an executive board member for the Arthur Ashe Institute for Urban Health in New York City.
