Ted is a strategic senior executive with over 25 years of experience in leading teams, driving performance and creating value in the packaging, food, supply chain and consumer products industries. He is currently the Executive Vice President, Operations - Food & Delivery at Novolex, a multi billion-dollar leading provider of innovative packaging solutions.
In his current role, Ted leads the safety, quality, customer service strategy and P&L cost delivery of the Hilex, Duro Bag, Burrows, Deluxe and Bagcraft brand divisions of Novolex. As Executive Vice President, Ted leads and develops performance improvement programs, merger integration, go to market delivery and operational scale to deliver significant top line and EBITDA growth. In recognition of his transformative leadership Ted received the Kentucky Association of Manufacturers – Duro Bag Large Company of the Year Award and was named a Top 100 Under 50 Executive Leader.
Ted has also served as a board member, interim manager, investor, and turnaround consultant for various private equity-backed and mid-market companies, both domestic and international. He holds certificates in Corporate Board Governance and is an active member of The Economic Club of Chicago & Social Venture Partners. Ted's mission is to leverage his skills, expertise and network to deliver value for his employees, customers, investors and community.
Ted graduated with an MBA from Purdue’s Daniels School of Business. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for Coregistics, a supply chain services organization.
