Kim Corbitt is the Senior Vice President, People & Culture with Suns Legacy Partners, the Phoenix Suns and Mercury parent company. With over fourteen years of experience in Human Resource and Leadership Development, Kim is passionate about helping people and organizations reach their full potential.  After receiving her MBA from Purdue, Kim worked for several companies, serving as a senior HR manager for Proctor & Gamble and Chief Human Resources Officer for the Hillman Group. In these roles, Kim supported thousands of employees worldwide and provided key direction for organizational design, talent and performance management, executive coaching, culture development, and more.

In her current role with Suns Legacy Partners, Kim combines her passion for sports with high-level human resources and business development skills to improve outcomes and innovate professional culture. Kim recently received the Women in Sports and Events (WISE) 2022 Inspiring Sports Executive Award of the Year, highlighting Corbitt’s positive impact on the sports industry and excellence as a business leader. The award also recognized Kim’s local impact as the Founding President of Girls with GRITcc, a program dedicated to teaching sports fundamentals and Personal Development to grade-school girls.

Kim earned her Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Maine before returning to school and earning her MBA from Purdue. As an undergraduate student, Kim was a member of Maine’s women’s basketball team, All Maine Women Honors Society, and served on the Student-Athlete Advisory Board.
