Brianna Cook is the founder of Pepper & Mint Catering, a full-service catering company based in Houston, Texas. In her current role, Brianna is responsible for implementing and managing various services Pepper & Mint offers, including wedding catering, corporate events, private cooking, customized meal services for dietary restrictions, and cooking classes. Before becoming an entrepreneur, Brianna held multiple positions for Shell Global, including working as a marketing analyst for key accounts, a shipping analyst for Shell Trading, and a Sales Manager and Analyst developing a model to track customer volumes in real-time, driving improvements in data and market efficiency.

While a student at Purdue, Brianna served as a CIMBA Undergraduate Study Abroad Ambassador and participated in the LIFE Leadership Development Program in Paderno del Grappa, Italy, where she received a Certificate of Breakthrough. She then worked in the Disability Resource Center, taking notes and preparing extra study materials for disadvantaged students. Brianna also took a role as the Campus Editor at the Exponent, serving as the key contact for all Purdue student reporters and representing the Exponent in various professional capacities like Board of Trustee meetings, town halls, and Purdue Student Government forums.

Brianna earned her Bachelor of Science in Finance and a Certificate of Entrepreneurship and Innovation from Purdue in 2014. As a student, she was an active member of the Mortar Board, the Society of Minority Managers, and the ITaP Student Advisory Board.
