My favorite activity has been attending Purdue athletic events. Win or lose, rain or shine, everyone is having a great time and you can feel the difference on campus. Attending games like the Ohio State game are memories I'll never forget.
Personally my favorite class would be either MGMT 242: Contemporary Problems in Personal Finance for Minorities or MGMT 306: Management Science, as both classes taught me valuable information that will not only be useful now but throughout the rest of my career and life in general.
Ever since I started in the summer of 2016 the returns that I have experienced from BOP have been exponential. I've found relationships, opportunities, and knowledge here due to BOP that you just simply can't find anywhere else, especially at other in-state institutions. As biased as I may be, it's true that I have been blessed enough to create bonds that will last me a lifetime. BOP has introduced me to individuals who have blazed their own paths in their profession and been wildly successful despite having to overcome extreme setbacks and adversity, along with like-minded peers who plan to do the same. BOP is special because it has created a nurturing environment that has allowed me to become the best version of myself. And with that kind of support the sky really is the limit.
BOP helped me land multiple internship opportunities through assisting me in the many different, crucial stages of my college career. It began the summer before I started officially at Purdue which gave me a huge advantage against the competition because BOP taught me many things that helped my career. BOP continued to assist me by preparing me to excel in my internship and receive a co-op offer as well as prepare me to complete an additional internship that summer.
