Quentin P. Smith Jr., BSIM 1972, was appointed to the board of directors at Orion Group Holdings, a leading specialty construction company. Smith is president of Cadre Business Advisors, a professional management-consulting firm with an emphasis on strategic planning, business development, and business performance improvement.

Vicky Bailey, BSIM 1974, was appointed senior adviser at ECP, an investment firm with a decades-long reputation in the renewable and sustainable solutions sector. Bailey, founder and principal at Anderson Stratton Enterprises, brings more than 30 years of high-level, national and international, corporate executive and governmental expertise in energy and regulated industries.

Tom Codd, BSM 1982, was named the first-ever chief people officer at Axxess, the leading technology innovator for healthcare at home, to help manage its growth around the world. Codd was formerly a business and financial executive at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), serving multinational and private-equity clients in the manufacturing, chemicals, engineering and construction and technology industries.

Samuel Felberbaum, BSM 1992, was appointed by Prinx Chengshan Tire to serve as president of Prinx Chengshan Tire North America. Felberbaum has accumulated 30 years of experience in the tire industry, including a variety of roles at Michelin, BFGoodrich, and Tire Centers Inc. He spent the past eight years at Toyo Tire U.S.A. Corp as a director of sales for national strategic accounts.

Dale R. Gerard, BS ACCT 1994, MBA 2009, was named chief financial officer at iFit, a leader in interactive fitness hardware, software, and subscription content. He comes to iFIT with more than 25 years of finance, treasury, and operational experience, most recently serving as CFO for Vivint, a leading smart home platform.

Melody Lo, MS Economics 1997, PhD Economics 2001, was named the inaugural John and Ruth Steinmeyer Memorial Endowed Chair of Economics for the Kummer College at Missouri University of Science and Technology. She formerly served as a senior advisor to the chancellor and a professor of economics in the Neil Griffin College of Business at Arkansas State University, where she worked closely with the chancellor to advance significant university initiatives.

David Branter, MSM 1999, has joined Alpine Advanced Materials as chief executive officer. He brings extensive strategy and corporate development expertise, as well as experience in all aspects of finance, operations, strategic sourcing/supply chain, and digital transformation. He formerly served as a board member, investor, consultant and senior executive in the aerospace industry, including roles at UTC Aerospace Systems, GKN Aerospace, and Pratt & Whitney.

Michael Hunstad, MSM 2000, was named chief investment officer at Northern Trust Asset Management (NTAM), including leading the firm’s global index equity and tax-advantaged equity teams. Hunstad, who formerly served as NTAM’s head of quantitative strategies, was concurrently appointed a member of NTAM’s Executive Group.

Ted Grulikowski, BSM 2001, has joined ClearStar, a leading HR-technology company specializing in background and medical screening services, as chief revenue officer. Grulikowski has a 20-year record leading high-performance teams delivering transformational growth with word-class employee engagement and customer satisfaction. He most recently served as chief revenue officer of Omnigo Software, a private-equity backed safety and security management platform.

Auromita Bhadra, MBA 2011, was appointed vice president of product management at CoreMedia, developer of the content management and digital experience platform CoreMedia Content Cloud. Bhadra has more than 15 years of experience in the software industry spanning eCommerce, cybersecurity, production management, e-learning, financial solutions, and key strategy initiatives. She previously served in various product leadership roles at Cobalt, Wayfair, PSI AG, and Adobe.

John Totten, BS ACCT 2014, MSM 2015, was appointed to the board of directors of Foster Success, a nonprofit whose mission is to hear, empower, and support teens and young adults transitioning out of foster care on their journey to self-sufficiency. Totten currently serves as a finance business partner of strategy and reporting for Rolls Royce North America.

Jared Stillwell, BS ACCT 2021, MSM 2022, has joined The Farmers Bank as a commercial/ag banking officer. Prior to joining the bank, Stillwell worked as a staff tax accountant with Fisher & Associates in Lafayette. In this role, he worked closely with small businessowners and individuals preparing their month-end and year-end accounting as well as assisting with the preparation of individual and entity tax forms.
