In 2024, the Mitch Daniels School of Business expanded its Executive Education programs to the center of Indiana business — Indianapolis — offering greater accessibility for leaders and additional networking opportunities. The premier source of lifelong learning, the Daniels School is currently offering four programs for executives and directors, with plans to expand the portfolio in 2025 to meet the changing needs of business across all industries.
The Daniels School will offer programs at High Alpha in the Bottleworks District including Transformative Organizational Change and Executive Presence, providing the latest in management theory and practice for leaders to create immediate and lasting impact in their current roles. Each program fosters personal and professional growth while dynamically addressing the unique challenges and characteristics of leaders and their organizations.
Executive Presence aims to improve executive skills in rapport, trust, buy-in and conflict resolution, with interactive sessions specifically designed to enhance a leader’s emotional intelligence and ability to conduct critical conversations. Additionally, Executive Presence guides executives in defining their authentic professional brand and leadership style, and it helps refine critical communication skills.
Transformative Organizational Change recognizes that implementing lasting, positive change is a challenge for organizations. The program equips executives with practical tools to build trust, enhance accountability, and improve organizational culture. Participants also develop essential change management leadership techniques, empowering them to inspire lasting, positive transformation within their organizations. The program helps executives inspire individuals, teams and organizations to choose change.
