Answer: First and foremost, Krannert Online seeks to enroll students who are academically prepared for the rigor of an online master’s degree in Business Analytics.  We strive to enroll students who will add to the rich variety and diversity of the Krannert learning environment.  We prefer applicants to have completed four years of full-time post-baccalaureate work prior to applying to the MSBA program.  We will consider relevant practical experience in the form of military experience, etc.  A limited number of strong applicants with less work experience will be considered and potentially admitted.
Answer: Yes, a $1,000 nonrefundable deposit will be required upon acceptance.

Answer: While the GMAT is preferred as it is a test specifically designed to evaluate a person’s ability to be successful in business school, our Admissions Committee will waive the requirement for prospective students with substantial work experience or prior relevant education.  Krannert does not have a minimum GMAT score that applicants must meet.  The Admission Committee takes a holistic review of a candidate’s application when rendering an admissions decision.

GMAT/GRE test score is only required for applicants with less than 3 years of professional work experience. If the applicant has 3 or more years of work experience, GMAT/GRE test scores will automatically be waived without having to apply for a waiver.

Applicants with less than 3 years of work experience may still be considered for GMAT waivers if they apply for a waiver. They must have US equivalent graduate degrees from an accredited university, 3.0 average undergraduate GPA, and/or demonstrated quantitative skills to be considered by the committee for a GMAT waiver.

In order to apply for a GMAT/GRE waiver, you must have successfully completed and submitted the entire application.

Once you have submitted your application with the above included, contact the graduate programs' office at krannertmasters@purdue.edu to receive a GMAT/GRE waiver form that you must complete and submit.

Answer: Applicants are required to complete 3-5 video interview/essay questions.  This helps us get to know you a little better and gain insight that cannot be gained in a written application.  A unique link to the KIRA platform is provided in the application portal once your application is submitted.  Please plan to complete all components prior to your preferred application deadline in order to be considered for admission.  The KIRA video interview/essay is considered part of the application for admission; admissions interviews are separate and by invitation only.

**Please Note: Online (KIRA) Video Interview can be accessed by logging in 24 hours after you submit your application. Your application will not be reviewed without the Video Interview.
