Purdue University’s business school is partnering with the United Way of Greater Lafayette to once again help anyone with a household income of $73,000 or less per year — including domestic and international students and community members — prepare and file their taxes for free. The school has also developed a website with resources to support international students.

Purdue University’s Krannert School of Management is partnering with the United Way of Greater Lafayette to once again offer tax services to anyone with a household income of $66,000 or less per year — including domestic and international students and community members — to prepare and file their taxes for free.

Since arriving at Springbuk more than two years ago, James Norris has successfully led the company through two capital raises, a $20 million Series B round in early 2018 and a just-completed $17 million Series C round. Along the way, the company has grown its customer base sixfold and experienced 100% revenue growth each of the last two years. Full-time employment has skyrocketed under Norris’ watch from 30 to 125.

Krannert Graduate Student Association (KGSA) Hosted a Thanksgiving Dinner for Krannert Family

On November 25, Krannert Graduate Student Association (KGSA) hosted a Thanksgiving dinner that combined family, food and fun in Rawls Hall at 6:00pm. They placed all the different Thanksgiving dishes on tables in a buffet style in the 3rd floor commons area. Most of the dishes were catered, however, one of the Student Services staff members, Judy Rife, also prepared the green beans and corn for the students. KGSA also encouraged the students to bring desserts, and students brought ice cream, brownies, pies, cookies, and even an Indian dessert to share.

Krannert Graduate Student Association held a Winter Formal event for Graduate Students in The Colombia in Lafayette on November 22nd. It was exceptionally attended, with over 190 students registered in total.
